What we do:

We raise pure Red Angus Cattle, born and raised off our property here in Poth Texas. Our land has been in our family since Polish immigrants first made it to this area back in the 1800's. We raise our cattle to be the healthiest they can be in a natural environment. All of our cows, bulls, and steers are primarily raised on a mix of natural grasses to sustain a healthy diet. They are then finished on the best grain mix to ensure better marbling and quality of beef, for our consumers. We use a local processing facility that is USDA inspected.

Grass Fed, Grain Finished

  1. Grass fed beef can decrease risk of heart disease and cancer.
  2. Clinical studies show that the consumption of CLA(nutrients found in grass fed beef) is one of the strongest nutrients. It can defend against cancer as well as improve heart health.
  3. Grass fed beef contains more health fats and contains less bacteria than conventional beef at retail.
  4. Grass fed beef has fewer calories, helps support healthy blood sugar levels, and contains electrolytes.

Beef cattle have multiple sources as to where they can come from outside of the U.S. Research shows almost all meat consumed comes from only 7 locations in the U.S.. You guessed it none of those 7 locations are Ma & Pa operations like us. In fact there are tons of operations such as ours but they are slowly being bought out by these huge corporates businws

Ranchers like us have to bring cattle to market. There they will be picked up by cattle agents. After that they will be taken to a feed lot.followed by the processors. This is where they are fed a mixture of feeds to fatten them out for processing.
